ATM lessons with Tres Hofmeister in Boulder, Colorado late Spring and Summer 2008
Please join Tres Hofmeister for weekly Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® lessons on Wednesday evenings, June 4th and through August 6th, from 5:30PM to 6:30PM.
Everyone is welcome. You may drop in for one or more lessons at any point. No previous experience with the Feldenkrais Method or Awareness Through Movement is necessary.
Fees
The fee is $12 for a single class, or $10 per class for any group of five or more classes.
What To Bring
ATM lessons are often done lying or sitting on the floor. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket or pad to lie on.
Getting There
Lessons will be held at the Boulder Circus Center in north Boulder, upstairs in Trixie La Room.
Note: If this is your first time at BCC, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to allow time to fill out the liability waiver required by the BCC for anyone attending classes at the Center.
